Challenge: To remove amines from a dye
With tightening export laws, a textile products company is in jeopardy of not being able to continue exporting one of its profitable product lines. Amine levels in the dye must be reduced without changing the color, concentration or tint. The WaterProfessionals® provide system recommendations and bench scale testing to determine the proper filtration materials, contact time and capacities.
Once the material and contact time are determined, WaterProfessionals® provides pilot equipment to confirm the bench scale testing. Successful pilot testing is followed by installation of a full-scale process water treatment system which accomplishes the customer’s goals.
