A manufacturer in Georgia needs 6 gpm of deionized water 24/7 to be used as coolant make-up water. The plant used contract maintenance personnel and experienced difficulty operating and maintaining their in-plant water treatment equipment. The WaterProfessionals® suggested outsourcing this task. The WaterProfessionals® specified, built, delivered and installed a skid-mounted, pre-piped and pre-wired deionized water system. The equipment is owned, operated and maintained by WaterProfessionals® personnel. The customer had no capital outlay and has no involvement in operation or maintenance.
