Challenge: Relieve plant maintenance personnel from involvement in high purity water production.
A manufacturer in Georgia needs 6 gpm of deionized water 24/7 for coolant make-up. The plant uses contract maintenance personnel and is experiencing difficulty operating and maintaining their in-plant water treatment equipment.
The WaterProfessionals® suggested outsourcing this task. The WaterProfessionals® specified, built, delivered and installed the skid-mounted, pre-piped and pre-wired system. The water treatment equipment is owned, operated and maintained directly by WaterProfessionals® personnel. The customer had no capital outlay and does not need to be directly involved in the operation or maintenance of the system.
