Their water treatment plant was experiencing inconsistent water quality and severely decreased capacity between deionizer regenerations. The cost of replacement of the existing system was high and repair was too expensive to be practical for such old units. The WaterProfessionals® recommended mobile service deionization with trailers sized to fit into the restricted available space.
The trailers were configured to meet the deionized water quality and flow requirements. They were equipped with meters, quality monitors and alarms. Outsourcing their water treatment eliminated quality problems and reduced internal manpower requirements.
Having consistently high quality water with no service interruptions enabled this department to add more consumers within the government facility, turning a loss area into a profit center.
